Learn tennis indoors this winter with our team of expert coaches. Our programs are designed to provide students with a technical foundation that will allow them to maximize their potential as recreational or competitive players. Winter programs run from January to April.
Registration takes place through the City of Vancouver's online recreation and activity registry

Mini Fundamentals (4-5.6 yrs)
Learn tennis this winter! Prepare your child to excel at tennis and sport with lessons that focus on developing fundamental movement and proprioception. We have fun developing students’ movement, tracking, and racquet skills. An emphasis is placed on learning how to develop coordination and cooperation skills in a group setting.

Adult Cardio Tennis (2.5-3.5)
Sweat and swing! This course is an opportunity for players with a solid playing foundation (2.5 – 3.5 NTRP rating) to get an aerobic and anaerobic workout through tennis specific exercises. Each class includes physical activation, shot-cycle, physical conditioning, and cool-down. Through hand and racket fed shot-cycles, students will have an opportunity to develop better footwork and body mechanics, while practicing their strokes to improve consistency and accuracy.

Adult Tennis FIT (18+)
Want to move better, prevent injury, and be ready for the physical demands of tennis? This fitness course introduces students to foundational exercises for functional movement with a focus on mobility, strength, and agility. Low impact exercises specific to racket sports will work to improve body coordination and conditioning so that you can perform your best on and off the court. All playing levels welcome.
