Mini Fundamentals Development (4.6-5.11 yrs)
Start tennis this summer in a small group setting! Prepare your child to excel at tennis and sport with our fundamental movement program. We have fun developing students’ balance, jumping, throwing, catching, and racquet skills. Enjoy various complimentary activities that aid in motor skill development and body awareness, as well as cooperation and self-regulation.

Mini Aces Development (6.0-7.6 yrs)
Start or continue learning tennis in a small group setting! Prepare your child to excel at tennis and sport with our fundamental movement program. We have fun developing students’ throwing, catching, tracking, footwork, and racquet skills. Enjoy various complimentary activities that aid in motor skill development and body awareness.

Youth Aces Development (11.0-15.11yrs)
Build your tennis game in a small group setting! Start or continue to develop skills through high energy, game-based lessons with an eventual progression to rally and play within the full court setting. Students will be introduced to all phases of play and basic strategy. Beginner and intermediate levels welcome.

Junior Aces Development (7.6-10.11yrs)
Develop your tennis game in a small group setting! Start or continue learning through high energy, game-based lessons that use the ½ stage of the progressive tennis model. An emphasis is placed on inspiring a love for the game while building a strong technical foundation.

Adult Beginner Accelerated (18+yrs)
Learn the essentials of how to play tennis in one week! This course provides an introduction to the game with an eventual progression to rally and play within the full court setting.

Adult Beginner Clinic (18+yrs)
Learn how to play tennis this summer in a small group setting! This course provides an introduction to the game with an eventual progression to rally and play within the full court setting.

Adult Beginner Plus+ (2.0)
Continue developing fundamentals skills in a small group setting. This course builds on technique and positioning introduced in Adult Beginner in order to become more confident rallying and playing within the full court setting. Students should have taken Adult Beginner with Summer Smash or have equivalent experience.

Adult Intermediate (2.5-3.0)
Improve consistency of groundstrokes, volleys, and serve. An opportunity for players with experience (2.5 – 3.0 NTRP rating) to refine technique while improving reception of wide, high, low, deep, and short balls. Through game-based learning, students will improve their ability to play within cooperative and competitive settings.

Tennis+Pickle FIT
Build toned muscle! Want to move better, prevent injury, and be ready for the physical demands of tennis and pickleball? This introductory level fitness course introduces students to a variety of modern exercises for functional movement. Low impact exercises specific to racket sports work to increase strength and mobility, while developing coordination.

Adult Cardio Tennis (2.0-3.0)
Sweat and swing! This course is an opportunity for players with a playing foundation (2.0 – 3.0 NTRP rating) to get an aerobic and anaerobic workout through tennis specific exercises. Each class includes physical activation, shot-cycle, physical conditioning, and cool-down. Through hand and racket fed shot-cycles, students will have an opportunity to develop better footwork and body mechanics, while practicing their strokes to improve consistency and accuracy.

Adult Intermediate Clinic (3.0-4.0): Feeding+Footwork
Improve your strokes, footwork, and fitness. Increase the quality and control of your groundstrokes and volleys through feedings drills, while developing better movement through specific footwork patterns. An opportunity for more experienced players (3.0 – 3.5 NTRP rating) to improve technique, placement, and movement in order to play better singles and doubles. Class is taught by a senior coach and professional trainer.

All students MUST print off our activity waiver found on our website and bring a signed copy to the FIRST class

Children's lessons take place at McBride Park (5th Ave and Waterloo St)

Adult lessons take place at McBride Park and Tatlow Park (2nd Ave and Macdonald St)

Students are expected to bring their own rackets and dress in athletic attire with athletic shoes

Students are expected to wear sunscreen and a hat, and bring water

In the case of rainy or questionable weather, classes may be cancelled. The instructor will contact you. Refunds will be issued at the end of the session.
