Summer Smash Tennis

Alexis was born and raised in the Philippines. She moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2015 and attended high school at Point Grey Secondary.

In the Philippines, Alexis played tennis competitively at a national level during her middle school years. Since moving to Canada, Alexis has geared her passion for tennis into coaching. 

 

Alexis started coaching with the UBC Tennis Center camps in 2018. She has been a part-time tennis instructor at UBC Tennis for over 4 years and has taught students from a variety of ages at the fundamental and competitive level. She is excited to join the Summer Smash Tennis team in 2021. 

 

Off the court, Alexis is finishing up Bachelor's degree in UBC/BCIT Honours in Biotechnology. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, going to the beach, and chilling at home with her instagram famous cat, Bella
